Institutional meeting with the Prime Minister of Portugal

On November 27, the President of the Board of the Portuguese Diaspora Council, Eng. António Calçada de Sá, met in Lisbon with the Prime Minister of Portugal, Dr. Luís Montenegro, at the official residence of the Head of Government.

In this one-to-one meeting, Eng. António Calçada de Sá presented an executive summary of the Council’s activities, as well as the strategic projects currently under development, reinforcing the Portuguese Diaspora Council’s commitment to contributing to Portugal’s global positioning.

The Prime Minister showed enthusiasm, interest, and full support for the work carried out by the Diaspora, expressing the Government’s commitment to closely following the Council’s initiatives and identifying potential areas for cooperation.

The Portuguese Diaspora Council reaffirms its dedication to strengthening bridges between Portugal and its distinguished communities around the world, promoting dialogue, collaboration, and strategic impact.
