The Portuguese Diaspora Council met on January 14 with His Excellency the Minister of the Presidency, António Leitão Amaro, with the aim of presenting and discussing a strategic proposal for the creation and consolidation of an audiovisual industry in Portugal.

The Council’s delegation was represented by António Calçada de Sá, President of the Board of the Portuguese Diaspora Council and Vice-President of Fundación Repsol, and by Rui Miranda, Coordinator of the Council’s Culture Competence Centre and CEO of Watermelon Productions.
