Alberto is an executive with over 30 years of experience in strategic management, business development, and corporate transformation, with a global presence and strong engagement in key markets across various regions. Throughout his career, he has led operations in countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, and Africa, with experience in sectors such as Technology, Telecommunications, Energy, Water, Smart Cities, Defense, and Infrastructure Management.

Currently, Alberto serves as Managing Director for the Middle East and Asia at SISEON DMCC – Noesis, a technology company within the Altia Group. In this role, he is responsible for defining and implementing the regional strategy, as well as leading business development, operations, and people management. He is also the founder and partner at F7 Consulting, a boutique consultancy providing specialized services in business transformation, operational efficiency, and strategic management.

In his extensive career in the tech sector, Alberto has held leadership positions in renowned companies such as Future Motion Group, where he was globally responsible for IoT and automation strategy, introducing innovative technological solutions in civil engineering, circular economy, and efficient management of energy and water. His experience also includes managing large-scale IT operations, infrastructure, and digital solutions at companies such as Logica, CGI, Outsystems, and Critical Software, where he led global projects and expanded delivery capabilities in markets like Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
Beyond his private sector roles, Alberto has a strong connection to education, having lectured at several higher education institutions in Portugal, including ISEG, ISG, and Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, where he shared his expertise in project management and digital transformation.

Alberto holds a solid academic background, with a degree in Information Sciences, postgraduate studies in Project Management and Digital Transformation, and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI). He also completed executive education in Advanced Management for Executives at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. His training and experience in the Portuguese Navy, as a Telecommunications Specialist, shaped his disciplined character and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with basic knowledge of French, Alberto is well-equipped to operate in multicultural markets, developing innovative solutions and creating sustainable value for the organizations and communities he serves.
