André Camelo Pereira da Silva holds a degree in Finance from ISCTE Business School, where he was awarded an academic merit scholarship, and he also holds the CFA certification (Level III). With more than 15 years of international experience in the energy, oil & gas, renewables, and finance sectors, he has built a career distinguished by leadership and the delivery of high-impact results at leading companies such as Shell, EDP, KPMG, and the Bank of Portugal.

Recognized for his management skills and strategic vision, he has led multidisciplinary teams in M&A operations, financial restructuring, and portfolio development, taking on responsibilities in investment committees and negotiations with strategic partners. His professional experience in London, Rio de Janeiro, Madrid, and Lisbon strengthens his global outlook and adaptability to different contexts and challenges.
