André Santos Narciso has been a Senior Partner at Bain & Company in its São Paulo office since 2018. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and financial investments. In this capacity, he has advised several clients across South America, North America and Europe. He has also developed corporate strategies and value creation plans for portfolio companies owned by investment funds.

Academically, he holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and completed an MBA at INSEAD in 2009.
