António Cunha Vaz holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Lisbon. Throughout his academic career, he also acquired a postgraduate degree in European Economics from ISEG, a specialization in International Relations from the University of Brussels and a specialization in Management for Executives from INSEAD.
Throughout his career, António Vaz has served as a member of the Cabinet of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, assistant to a Portuguese MEP, employee of the European Commission, European Affairs consultant for several companies, guest professor of Community Law at the Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance , member of the senior management of Banco Comercial Português and member of the board of telecommunications and financial companies.
António Cunha Vaz wrote several books on European Affairs, exposing the knowledge he acquired throughout his professional and academic career.
