Bernardo served as Executive Vice President of Finance for EDP Renewables North America (2013-2022). He held a variety of responsibilities and was the CFO of Ocean Wind North America.
He joined EDPR in early 2008 and has over 14 years of experience in the energy sector, having previously held responsibilities in various finance assignments at Constellation Energy and the BMW Group.
Graduated in Management from UCP and Master in Administrative Management from SBD at the University of Virginia, Bernardo is also President of the Portugal-USA Chamber of Commerce (2018-2022).
Bernardo Goarmon has been a member of the Diaspora Council since December 2022.
