She has held roles as CFO, board member, and vice president of finance in multinational industrial groups, including Bosch and Hydraforce (Rexroth Group), leading ERP migrations, implementing new processes, and driving operational recovery in complex, multicultural environments. Additionally, she has extensive experience in international taxation, global business relations, and internal auditing. She excels at uniting regional and global teams, leveraging her multicultural experience to position organizations for scalable growth.
