Diogo Fezas Vital

CFO

    Diogo Fezas Vital is an executive with extensive international experience in corporate finance, having worked across multiple industries both as a consultant and as an executive leader.

    He grew up between Belgium, China, and Brazil. This internationally mobile upbringing gave him a cosmopolitan outlook and a natural ability to adapt to different cultures and business environments, while maintaining a deep connection to Portugal and the values associated with his Portuguese identity.

    He began his career at J.P. Morgan in 2010 in the United Kingdom, and later in Spain following Brexit, where he spent more than 13 years advising senior management teams of major corporations on treasury strategy, working capital optimization, post-merger integration, and digital payments solutions.

    Since May 2024, he has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Grupo Auro in Madrid, where he leads the finance and investor relations functions of a passenger transportation company employing more than 6,000 people.

    He holds a degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and an International Management diploma from FGV EAESP. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish, reflecting a life built across borders while remaining firmly rooted in a strong Portuguese identity.
