Fábio Marques is an experienced professional in luxury restaurant management, with over a decade dedicated to excellence in hospitality and culinary operations in the Middle East. He currently serves as Regional Restaurant Director Middle East at Wolfgang Puck, overseeing high-end restaurant operations, including the renowned CUT by Wolfgang Puck at the Four Seasons Bahrain Bay.

He began his career at Wolfgang Puck as Restaurant Manager in 2016, quickly advancing to Assistant Restaurant Director and later Restaurant Director, a position he has held since 2018. During this period, he has distinguished himself in creating exceptional dining experiences, managing teams, providing continuous staff training, and optimizing operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Prior to taking on leadership roles, he worked as Captain/Shift Leader at prominent hotels in Dubai, including the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, where his responsibilities included service supervision, team training, financial reporting management, and ensuring excellence in service standards.

Fábio Marques has been Portugal’s World Advisor since September 2025.
