Francisco is a specialist in strategy, operations, innovation, data analysis, and risk management.

He holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and has international experience across 8 countries in the fields of technology and innovation.

He currently leads the Middle East’s e-commerce leader, Talabat, in Qatar, a position he has held since 2017. In 2024, Talabat achieved the region’s largest IPO of the year, with a valuation exceeding 10 billion USD.
In the past, he led Zomato’s sales team in Qatar, as well as the international expansion of Portuguese companies such as Skypro and Grupel, and the Spanish firm Voices of Leaders, where he managed on-the-ground projects in Mozambique, Kenya, Qatar, and Spain.

Previously, he began his professional journey as a volunteer intern at AIESEC in France and Turkey, followed by roles at Poland’s Ganymede, a global gaming leader, and later at the Uruguayan company ArkanoSoft in Montevideo.

In addition to leading Talabat in Qatar, Francisco is also a university lecturer at the University of Doha for Science and Technology, a real estate investor, and a start-up mentor. In 2019, he was recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice in Qatar.
