Francisco Saragga Leal has a degree in Business Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and went on to do a Masters in International Economics & Finance at the University of Queensland (Australia), and a Masters in Philosophy at Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FCSH).

After several successful internships at some of Portugal’s most prestigious companies, namely Logoplaste, Deloitte and BrightPartners, Francisco Leal began his international career at Barclays in London. He currently works at Rothschild & Co as a Director, overseeing investments worth over $2 billion in some of the world’s largest companies.

Francisco has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since 2023.
