Gonçalo Fialho is Head of Sales for Southern Europe and the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region at Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation). Prior to this role, he served as General Manager from 2018.

He has been living outside Portugal for approximately 12 years and has over 20 years of experience in the Entertainment, Telecommunications, and Consumer Electronics sectors.

He joined Sony in early 2004 and, throughout his career, has held several leadership roles in various areas, including Country Manager in Portugal and Marketing Director in Italy.

He holds executive education qualifications from Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan, and ISCTE Business School and has a degree in Business Management from the University of Évora.

Driven by a commitment to give back to his adopted community, Gonçalo is a Board Member of the Sony Foundation, whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of young Australians in need, addressing issues often overlooked by society. Additionally, he is a Surf Lifesaver in Australia, performing duties such as beach patrols, aquatic rescues, first aid, and emergency care.

Gonçalo Fialho has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since December 2024.
