Gonçalo Vilarinho is a manager and investor with over 20 years of international experience in consumer goods and private equity.

He served as CEO China of Lindt & Sprüngli and previously held leadership roles at Danone and Procter & Gamble, with responsibilities across Europe, Asia, and the United States. He is currently Managing Director at Novastone Capital Advisors, an investment fund focused on the acquisition of small and medium-sized enterprises.

He holds a degree in Management and Industrial Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto and has completed executive education programs at IMD, CEIBS, and Harvard Business School. He has been a member of the Council of the Portuguese Diaspora since 2023.
