Isabel Violante is an executive with extensive international experience in the energy sector, specializing in economic evaluation, strategic planning, and asset development. Throughout her career at BP, she has held leadership positions in Kuwait, Brazil, Suriname, and the Gulf of Mexico, leading projects with significant technical and financial impact.

She currently serves as Strategic Unit Lead – South and East Kuwait, under the technical agreement between BP and Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), leading initiatives in strategic integration, investment optimization, and executive decision support.

With a career marked by value creation, investment governance, and effective stakeholder management, Isabel Violante is recognized for her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive sustainable results in complex and dynamic environments.
