Isabel Neiva has built a solid career in international strategy consulting and currently serves as Partner at A.T. Kearney (MEA region), a role she has held since 2020. She leads the Strategy, Growth & Organizational Transformation (SG&OT) practice in the region and is a member of the regional leadership team. She has chaired the Regional Talent Committee, leads Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the region, and serves on the firm’s Global Partner Selection Committee.

Between 2008 and 2019, she progressed from Associate to Principal in the Middle East, leading multiple strategic projects across the GCC and various Middle Eastern countries, with particular focus on the telecommunications sector. During this period, she also played an active role in business development across the MENA region, as well as in talent attraction and retention, leading junior recruiting efforts for the Middle East office. She additionally led the Women Consulting Network in the region, overseeing recruitment, marketing, and professional development initiatives, and served on the Regional Talent Committee. She began her professional career as an Analyst at the Fundo para a Internacionalização das Empresas Portuguesas (FIEP).

Isabel Neiva has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since february 2026.
