João Manuel de Almeida Custódio is an engineer and business leader with over two decades of experience in technology, business development, and commercial management. He currently serves as Managing Director, APJC Renewals and Revenue at Cloudflare, where he leads initiatives that ensure long-term customer success and drive revenue retention across the Asia-Pacific, Japan, and China regions.

Throughout his career, he has built a solid trajectory combining technical expertise in engineering and software development with experience in sales, business development, and organizational leadership, contributing to sustainable growth and the transformation of teams and companies.

Alongside his executive role, he maintains a strong connection to the innovation ecosystem, acting as a startup advisor, investor, and entrepreneur, supporting technology-driven projects and initiatives with global expansion potential.
