He is currently the CEO of Mitsubishi Elevator Division for the Middle East, Africa, and CIS, managing a portfolio of $320 million and a team of over 3,200 employees, driving transformation, innovation, and organizational competitiveness.

Recognized for his ability to restructure and optimize complex operations, Jorge Ramos has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and restoring profitability through continuous improvement processes. He is proficient in management and productivity tools such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, AutoCAD, Salesforce, and MS Office.
