José Carlos Coelho is a senior executive with extensive C-level experience in both national and international organizations of large and medium size. Over a career spanning more than 36 years, he has built a solid track record in sectors such as aviation, real estate, and food retail, assuming leadership responsibilities in contexts of growth, restructuring, and business development.

He has proven expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), start-ups, corporate restructurings, family businesses, and corporate governance, combining strong strategic vision with a robust analytical and financial profile.

With a distinguished career in the aviation industry, where he accumulated 26 years of experience, he has led aircraft operations, internationalization processes, and negotiations with government authorities and top partners across Europe, Asia, and Africa. He has established strong relationships with leading global aircraft manufacturers such as Airbus, Leonardo Helicopters, and Hawker Beechcraft, participating in the sourcing, negotiation, acquisition, and leasing of aircraft tailored to client needs.

Recognized for his strategic leadership, high-level negotiation skills, and results-oriented approach, he excels in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, fostering intercultural integration, and promoting agile and effective decision-making. He also has deep experience in managing family businesses and corporate governance, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term organizational sustainability.
