Ladislau Batalha is the CEO of the International Customer Experience Institute (ICXI) and the founder and Managing Director of LAB Experience. A senior executive with over 25 years of international experience, he has built a solid career in multinational companies, working in the areas of Customer Experience, Customer Care, CRM, Customer Service, and Sales.

With an entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented approach, he has led restructuring initiatives, process optimization, and the implementation of customer support systems across Europe, the Middle East, and South America, in leading companies such as Randstad, Vodafone, Portugal Telecom, NOS, Deutsche Telekom, Oi/Contax, Nextel/Claro, Teleperformance, and Etisalat. Throughout his career, he has received multiple individual and service awards, including World’s Best Sales Service, Best Customer Service in Europe and Worldwide, and Industry Champion in both Brazil and Portugal.

Born in Mozambique, Ladislau is Portuguese and has lived and worked in Portugal, Brazil, Egypt, Germany, and the United Arab Emirates. Married and a father of two, he is passionate about travel, networking, and discovering new cultures. In his free time, he enjoys reading, listening to music, hiking, and running.
