Luís Pais is currently Managing Director of Actemium in Brazil, at VINCI Energies. He previously served as Operations Director at VINCI Energies International & Systems and as General Manager for Business Development, Marketing and Operational Support at SPIE, building a strong career in the oil and gas and multi-technical services industries.

Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in strategy, negotiation, M&A, and commercial planning, with particular experience in business development and international expansion.

Academically, Luís Pais holds a Scholar Certificate from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, focused on Marketing and Sales, and a Master of Engineering (MEng.) from the University of New Brunswick (Canada).
