Luís Teles is the Chief Executive of Standard Bank de Angola since October 2018.

With 23 years of experience in the financial sector, Luís worked throughout his career in financial institutions, investment banks and agencies to promote investment having lived in Lisbon, Seul, London, Johannesburg, and Luanda.

Luís has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, an MBA from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and completed the Advanced Management Programme and Strategic Management in Banking executive programs from INSEAD.

Luis is a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since 2019.
