Manuel Maria Correia is currently responsible for DXC’s operations in the Nordic countries, a role he has held since April 2025. Although based outside Portugal, he remains a member of the Executive Committee of the Luso-American Chamber of Commerce and serves as President of its Innovation and Technology Committee.
He began his professional career at IBM in 1995. Nine years later, he joined HP Portugal as Services Sales Manager, holding various leadership roles and eventually leading two of the company’s four business units: Personal Computing and later Enterprise Services. Following the formation of DXC in 2017 through a spin-off and merger process, he led DXC Portugal from 2017 until 2025. He entered university in 1990, graduating from the Technical University of Lisbon, and holds a postgraduate degree in Management (MBA & Marketing).
An avid amateur sportsman, he is passionate about running and triathlon. He completed his first marathon in 2007 and has since participated in over 50 races of 42 km or longer, including 12 marathons around the world and several Ultra Trails across European mountains. His longest race was a 300 km Ultra Trail around Mont Blanc (covering France, Switzerland, and Italy). He has also completed nine Ironman-distance triathlons in Portugal, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Norway, Sweden, and Spain.
