Maria Manuela da Costa Pardal is an executive with over 30 years of experience in leadership, strategic management, supply chain, logistics and operations, having built her career in leading organisations across the automotive, aerospace and consumer goods sectors.

She currently serves as Supply Chain Director for the Americas at Visteon, a multinational automotive company headquartered in the United States, and is based in Chihuahua, Mexico. She is responsible for leading the supply chain across the Americas, covering the United States, Mexico and Brazil, continuing an international career marked by the management of complex operations and strategic leadership across different sectors and markets.

Throughout her career, she has held several senior positions, including Infrastructure Director at TAAG – Angola Airlines, where she was responsible for key areas related to the airline’s modernisation and operational efficiency during a significant period of transformation, particularly the transfer of operations to Dr. António Agostinho Neto International Airport.

Her career also includes experience at organisations such as Unilever, Luís Simões and Embraer, consolidating an international career that combines strategic vision, multidisciplinary team leadership, operational transformation and the development of efficient and resilient supply chains.

Maria Manuela da Costa Pardal has served as Portugal’s World Advisor since October 2025.
