Mónica Pinto is a professional with over 30 years of experience, including more than a decade in senior leadership roles (Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief of Staff), and has been working outside Portugal since 1998.

She has professional experience across sectors such as Private Equity (in London), Banking (Portugal), Strategy Consulting (London), Consumer Goods (Portugal, Germany, Mexico, and Asia), and most recently the Pharmaceutical Industry (in Abu Dhabi). Throughout her career, she has worked in Finance, Business Development, Operations, Technology, and IT, across organizations of varying scale and maturity, including start-ups, multinational corporations, and smaller firms, in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

She holds an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a degree in Computer and Informatics Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (Lisbon).
