Patrick Rozario was born and raised in Hong Kong and is a descendant of a Portuguese family from Macau. He earned a degree in Arts from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada, and built an international career in accounting and consulting, with professional experience in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong.

He is currently Managing Director of Advisory at Moore Hong Kong, part of Moore Global, an international network of accounting firms headquartered in the United Kingdom, and is a Fellow of CPA Australia. In addition to his professional practice, he teaches corporate governance and internal audit courses at the School of Professional and Continuing Education of the University of Hong Kong.

With over 20 years of involvement in Portuguese institutions and community affairs in Hong Kong and Macau, he holds leadership roles in several organizations: President of the Club Lusitano, Treasurer of the Clube de Recreio and of the Associação Portuguesa de Socorros Mútuos, Governor of the Portuguese Education and Welfare Foundation in Hong Kong, and Vice President of the Council of Macanese Communities in Macau.

Patrick Rozario has been Portugal’s World Advisor since December 2025.
