Pedro Matos Rosa has been the General Manager of Johnson & Johnson for the Gulf countries since 2023. He lives and works in Dubai, where he first joined the company in 2021 as Marketing Director for the GCC countries.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Portugal, having completed his secondary education in Brussels. Pedro began his early career in France, working for companies such as Altran and PSA Peugeot Citroën. He later completed an MBA at HEC Paris and UCLA before joining Johnson & Johnson in Portugal, where he held several marketing and sales roles, including Commercial Director of the Portuguese affiliate.

He subsequently joined global teams in the United States, based in New Jersey, and later returned to Portugal to lead product management at the EMEA level. Throughout his career, Pedro has built extensive international experience in marketing, sales, and commercial management, with a strong focus on market development, innovation, and leading multicultural teams.
