Pedro Menezes Cardoso is a professional specialized in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and transactional risk, with international experience in Portugal and the United Kingdom.

He currently serves as a Senior M&A Underwriter at RiskPoint Group in London, where he focuses on the analysis and underwriting of risks associated with corporate transactions. Prior to this, he was a Senior Associate at CMS UK, also in London, with a focus on corporate transactions.

A significant part of his career was built at PLMJ, one of Portugal’s leading law firms, where he worked for nearly a decade in the areas of M&A and private equity, progressing from trainee to senior associate. He began his professional career with experience in both tax law and corporate transactions.
