Pedro Ramos is a professional with a strong track record in finance, investment, and strategic consulting, with significant international experience, particularly in New York and London.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Somar Capital Management, a position he has held since 2015, where he leads the firm’s strategy and overall management. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director at Tremblant Capital for nearly eight years, further deepening his expertise in investment and asset management.

His career also includes roles as Vice President at Kildare Enterprises, as well as a tenure at McKinsey & Company in London, where he worked as an Associate and Junior Engagement Manager, strengthening his strategic consulting skills. He began his career in consulting at the Boston Consulting Group and in investment banking at BPI, where he was involved in M&A analysis and operations.

In addition to his experience in the financial sector, Pedro Ramos has taught Finance at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Porto Regional Centre), reflecting his connection to academia and education.
