Pedro Rodeia is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading the Global Client Council and being a member of the Shareholders Council. Previously, he led the company’s banking practice in Asia, Europe and then globally. Pedro joined McKinsey in 1992 and has over 25 years of banking experience in 26 countries including China, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, India, Hong Kong, USA, Brazil, Netherlands, Spain , Portugal , France, Italy, Poland and Africa, on a wide range of topics including:

Pedro holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (HBS), where he graduated as a Baker Scholar and received the Wolfe Award for ranking first among more than 800 HBS MBA graduates.

He worked in the Consulting Division of Goldman Sachs in London and at CitiBank Venture Capital in Lisbon before joining McKinsey, providing M&A and Capital Markets consultancy to leading institutions in Germany, UK, Spain and Portugal.
