Rahul D’Souza is a seasoned Marketing and Commercial professional with experience across diverse geographies,  commercial roles and categories, where he’s delivered transformational results while building strong organizational capabilities and leaving them as significantly larger, robust businesses.

He currently leads Oral Care for North America, which is the largest market for Colgate Palmolive. Through his career he has lived and worked across 4 continents, including North America (USA), Europe (Switzerland), (South) Africa and Asia (Thailand and India), where he has lead high impact category entries, significant brand relaunches and campaigns and the launch of  exciting innovations across multiple categories like Oral Care, Personal Care and Home Care.

Rahul D’Souza has a Bachelor of Tech. degree from the National Institute of Tech (NIT) and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) both in India.

Rahul D’Souza joined the Portuguese Diaspora Council as a World Advisor in October 2026.
