Raquel Soares Oliveira is an experienced professional in client management and business development, with an international career spanning Brazil, the United States, and Portugal.

She is currently a Senior Customer Success Manager at Use Insider in São Paulo, where she manages a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, developing growth and retention strategies that optimize sales and digital engagement. Prior to this, she worked at Amazon, serving as Global Account Manager and FBA Account Manager, leading strategic projects to expand companies’ operations in the global marketplace and optimizing stock management and pricing during campaigns such as Black Friday.

Her product management experience includes roles at Votto Vines Importing in New York, managing the import of Iberian wines, and at Sonae SR – MO in Portugal, where she developed financial models for budget allocation and sales forecasting.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Católica Porto Business School, with a merit scholarship, and completed an MBA at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil, specializing in Marketing and Digital Business.

Raquel Soares Oliveira has been a Young Advisor at the Portuguese Diaspora Council since June 2025.
