Ricardo Cupido is the Commercial Director for International Markets at the American company Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
In his current role, Ricardo leads the commercial strategy for international markets, with a focus on areas such as Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Capabilities, Route-to-Market transformation, and the management of international key retail accounts (IKA), among others.
Prior to this position, Ricardo worked at Brown-Forman, where he served as VP, International Commercial Director; Vice President and General Manager for the Asia region; and Vice President and General Manager for the Polish and Turkish markets, where the company received multiple awards in the areas of employer excellence, ethics, and compliance.
Before joining Brown-Forman, Ricardo held positions at Seagram’s, the Pernod-Ricard Group, and Russian Standard Vodka. He has worked and lived in seven different countries, holding both regional and global roles.
Ricardo has always been an advocate for Portuguese culture wherever his career has taken him. He was a member of the Polish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and is currently involved with the Association of Portuguese in Singapore.
Ricardo has been Portugal’s World Advisor since December 2022.
