Civil Engineer (ISEL) with over 15 years of international experience, Ricardo Marfim dos Santos is currently CEO of Tecnovia Angola, leading one of the country’s key players in the construction sector.

With additional training in Management (ISEG) and Digital Transformation (MIT), he has built a career marked by leading major projects in Portugal, Timor-Leste, and Angola. Recognized for his management skills, strategic vision, and high-level institutional relationships, he is a senior member of the Portuguese Order of Engineers and has participated as a speaker and representative in various international economic forums.

Ricardo Santos has been Portugal’s World Advisor since September 2025.
