Civil Engineer (ISEL) with over 15 years of international experience, Ricardo Marfim dos Santos is currently the CEO of Tecnovia Angola, leading one of the country’s main players in the construction sector.

With additional training in Management (ISEG) and Digital Transformation (MIT), he has built a career distinguished by his leadership of major infrastructure projects in Portugal, Timor-Leste, and Angola. Recognized for his management skills, strategic vision, and high-level institutional relationships, he is a senior member of the Portuguese Engineers Association and has participated as a speaker and representative in various international economic forums.

Ricardo Marfim dos Santos has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since September of 2025.
