Civil Engineer (ISEL) with over 20 years of international experience, Ricardo Marfim dos Santos is currently Deputy General Director at Engevia, in Angola. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and subsequently as Vice President of the Board of Directors at Tecnovia Angola.

With additional training in Management (ISEG) and Digital Transformation (MIT), he has built much of his career in the infrastructure and construction sectors, leading operations, major projects, and multidisciplinary teams in Portugal, Timor-Leste, and Angola.

Throughout his professional career, he has developed extensive experience in management, strategy, business development, and institutional relations, working with public and private entities, financial institutions, and international partners.

He is a senior member of the Portuguese Engineers Association and has participated as a speaker and moderator at international economic and business forums, with a particular interest in infrastructure, economic development, international cooperation, and investment.

Ricardo Marfim dos Santos has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since September 2025.
