With over two decades of professional experience, Rita Soares Vieira has consistently demonstrated her expertise in marketing and communication roles. As the Head of Marketing & Communication at ROM Boats since November 2017 and concurrently in the same capacity at Neptune Yacht Refit Services since December 2017, Rita has successfully promoted and marketed the companies’ products and services across various channels.

Rita’s responsibilities also encompass preparing marketing materials, organizing press conferences and corporate events, and enhancing brand visibility on both social media and offline platforms. Her collaboration with design teams and agencies has facilitated the development of impactful marketing campaigns, all while managing budgets and leading dynamic teams.

Prior to this, during her tenure at Keptpeople as a Senior Consultant from November 2010 to April 2016, Rita honed her skills in talent acquisition, conducting market research, drafting job descriptions, and interviewing candidates.

Rita Soares Vieira is part of the executive team of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since November 2023.
