Válter Nóbrega Nunes currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at EDP Renewables North America.

Previously, he worked as Financial Planning and Control Manager, leading financial planning cycles and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project profitability and risk mitigation.

He began his career as a Financial Auditor at Ernst & Young and also worked as a Financial Analyst at ANACOM. He holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s in Management with a specialization in Corporate Finance from CATÓLICA-LISBON.

Válter Nóbrega Nunes has been a Young Advisor at the Portuguese Diaspora Council since June 2025.
