Vânia Moreira currently serves as Senior Counsel Marketing & Shipping at TotalEnergies, in Singapore, where she is part of an international team focused on global energy trading and shipping operations.

Throughout her professional career, she has developed an international legal trajectory, having worked with several prestigious law firms, namely Simmons & Simmons (Paris), Pinheiro Neto (Rio de Janeiro), Vieira de Almeida (Lisbon), Goméz-Acebo & Pombo (Madrid), and SAL & Caldeira (Maputo).

Previously, she held the position of Senior Counsel at Anadarko and Legal Manager of the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Project in Mozambique, within Anadarko Moçambique Área 1, Lda., where she was responsible for the Legal and Licensing Department. In this capacity, she played a key role in the structuring and development of one of the most significant international LNG projects.

With approximately 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and a degree in Communication Law, Vânia Moreira has built a solid career marked by her involvement in complex and large-scale international projects.

Vânia Moreira has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since December 2022.
