Vítor Hugo Nogueira is the Founder and CEO of Nexus Capital Middle East, leading the expansion of companies across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Porto and a Master’s in Finance from the Catholic University of Portugal. He has gained experience as an investment analyst and manager at institutions such as BNP Paribas and Natixis in the United Arab Emirates. A specialist in growth strategies, risk analysis, and trading, he also holds certifications from Cambridge, Oxford, and Harvard.

Vítor Hugo Nogueira has been a Young Advisor at the Portuguese Diaspora Council since June 2025.
