The next exposition of the Portuguese artist opens to the public on the 9^th June in Bilbau, becoming the first Portuguese in the Guggenheim Museum.

“I’m your mirror” is an exhibition with some of the best-known works of the artist, from 1997 until know. It is described as the first individual exposition of a Portuguese artist in a Guggenheim Museum – established in New York, in 1959, by the millionaire Solomon R. Guggenheim, and with sections in Venice (1951), Bilbau (1997) and Abu Dabi (that will open soon).

According to Joana Vasconcelos, the exhibition could come to Portugal after November, to Serralves Museum, in Porto, and later it could travel to the Rotterdam Museum. Mas there is still no actual dates.

Besides Bilbau, she is going to present this year two artworks in France, by invitation of the municipalities of Paris and Nice.
