With a career spanning several sectors, she has specialized in developing and implementing strategies that increase operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth in organizations. She has led teams in Portugal and Africa, demonstrating an ability to align organizational objectives with innovation and market demands.

Ana Sofia is recognized for her people-centered approach, resulting in inspiring leadership and building cohesive and highly productive teams. Ana Sofia is an active advocate of diversity and inclusion, connecting people and opportunities.

As managing director, she not only develops and executes successful strategies, but is also an advocate of digital transformation, keeping organizations competitive by showing a permanent commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Ana Sofia is passionate about Africa and gave up working for a successful multinational to continue her positive African experience. In her view, the African continent is the future and where the opportunity to learn/teach is always present.
