Daniel Guedelha is the founder of GenH, based in Basel, the European hub of pharmaceutical innovation. GenH is more than just a company; it is a movement driven by curiosity, ambition, and relentless innovation.

With 16 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Switzerland, France, Portugal, and Germany), he possesses a solid and in-depth understanding of the business, with specific expertise in Corporate Strategy, ESG, M&A, Business Development, Global Key Account Management, Global Supply Chain, Production, Product Launches, Project Management, and R&D.

After serving as Chief of Staff to the President of one of Novartis’ divisions, he made the pivotal decision to channel his experience and insights into founding his own company in Switzerland – GenH – embarking on a new and bold entrepreneurial journey.

Daniel Geudelha has a master’s degree in biological engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and an MBA in management and business administration from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland. More recently, in 2022, he completed a course on organizational leadership of sustainable corporations from the University of Oxford.
