Teresa Mattamouros is a Managing Director at EQT Partners, a purpose driven global private firm.

Prior to EQT, Teresa was a Managing Director at SCF Partners from 2019 through 2022, having been a Vice President at the fund between 2017 and 2019. While at SCF, Teresa served on the board of Pro Directional and was the chairperson and interim CEO of Frontier Tubular Solutions. Teresa was part of Baker Hughes between 2016 and 2017, serving in key positions in the finance and technology organizations and playing a key role in the integration of GE Oil & Gas and Baker Hughes.

Prior to that, Teresa was a Vice President of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, advising companies in the Energy sector in M&A and capital markets transactions.

Teresa holds a degree in Architecture from Faculdade de Arquitectura de Lisboa and a Masters in Business Administration from Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University.

Mattamouros has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since 2012.
