The Diaspora Counselor and Counselor of Portugal to the European Union, moderated a debate about tax benefits for culture on the Forum Challenges of the the Creative Industry and Market Integrations of Brazil and Portugal.
Ricardo Castanheira, Technical Counselor to the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the European Union (REPER), in Brussels, moderated the debate between the Portuguese Minister of Culture, Luís Filipe Mendes, and his Brazilian counterpart, Sérgio Sá Leitão, at the Forum Challenges of the the Creative Industry and Market Integrations of Brazil and Portugal, on October 12, in Lisbon.
The debate covered themes like the tax benefits on culture, the challenges and opportunities related with the markets Brazil-Portugal, besides the tendencies of the audiovisual and entertainment overview on both continents.
