The Portuguese Diaspora Council held its Annual Meeting on December 19th at Nova SBE and December 20th at the Pestana Cidadela Cascais Hotel.
The General Meeting of the Portuguese Diaspora Council will take place on April 24th, 2025, at 2:30 PM (Lisbon time GMT), in the Sala do Futuro at the Paços do Concelho of the Cascais City Hall.
The Portuguese Diaspora Council had the honor of organizing a special edition of the Diaspora Conversations with His Excellency the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, from the iconic Palácio de Belém.
The Portuguese Diaspora Council held its third Advisory Council meeting of 2024 on October 3rd. The meeting took place in the Sala do Futuro, located in the Town Hall of Cascais, and was attended by several members of both the Advisory Council and the Board.
On January 25, the Spanish Regional Hub of the Portuguese Diaspora, in partnership with ECIJA, held a seminar entitled "The Impact of Tax Changes on Transfers of Residence between Spain and Portugal".
The 2025 General Meeting of the Portuguese Diaspora Council took place on April 24th in the Sala do Futuro at the Town Hall of the Municipality of Cascais. Following the meeting, a cocktail reception was held in the Salão Nobre.
Last Sunday, June 11th, H.E. the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, met with the Portuguese Diaspora Council.
